- Cognism ownership. Kaspr is a Cognism brand (acquired April 2022, reported at €21M per Cognism's own announcement). Deeper EU data sits in the Cognism product, behind sales-led pricing.
- Single-source coverage. One reveal source misses contacts that waterfall enrichment fills.
- Limited intent and account intelligence. No native intent product on Kaspr; Cognism includes Bombora on higher tiers.
