Hunter is excellent at finding and verifying work emails, but teams switch for reasons like:
- No phone numbers. Hunter is email-only; multichannel outbound needs phone data.
- Coverage gaps. A single email-finding source misses contacts that waterfall enrichment can fill.
- Credit limits. Hunter's free (50/mo) and lower tiers run out quickly for active prospecting.
- No CRM enrichment at scale. Hunter does not stitch multiple providers into one clean record, and there is no reverse email lookup.
