TL;DR

Lusha's pricing looks affordable at $49 per user per month. But the per-seat model, low credit limits (480 credits on Pro), and monthly credit resets mean costs add up fast for growing teams.

Lusha pricing overview

Lusha is an Israeli-founded B2B data provider popular for its Chrome extension and quick contact lookups. Unlike ZoomInfo and Cognism, Lusha actually publishes its pricing. Here are the four tiers:

  • Free: $0/month, 50 credits/month, basic search, 1 user
  • Pro: $49/user/month, 480 credits/month per user, list management, basic analytics
  • Premium: $79/user/month, 960 credits/month per user, bulk enrichment, CRM integrations, usage analytics
  • Scale: Custom pricing, custom credits, advanced API access, dedicated support, SSO

On the surface, $49/user/month for Pro seems comparable to Enrich's $49/month Growth Pack. The critical difference: Lusha charges per user, so a 5-person team pays $245/month. Enrich charges $49/month total for the entire team regardless of how many users access the platform.

Lusha also allocates credits per user, not per account. A 5-person Pro team gets 5 x 480 = 2,400 credits per month. Enrich's Growth Pack gives 100,000 credits per month to the whole team. That is 41x more credits for the same price as a single Lusha Pro seat.

How Lusha credits work (and why they run out fast)

Lusha's credit system is straightforward but limiting:

  • 1 credit = 1 contact reveal (email or phone number)
  • Credits are allocated per user per month
  • Unused credits do not roll over. If a Pro user has 200 credits left at month end, they reset to 480 on the next billing cycle.

Let me do the math on what 480 credits per month actually means for a sales rep:

  • A rep researching 20 prospects per day needs 400 credits per month (20 workdays)
  • That leaves only 80 credits of buffer on the Pro plan
  • If they need both email and phone for each contact, that is 2 credits per prospect, meaning the Pro plan covers just 240 fully enriched contacts per month
  • A rep doing heavy prospecting (30+ per day) will exhaust credits by week 3

When credits run out, the user cannot reveal any more contacts until the next billing cycle. The only option is to upgrade to Premium ($79/user/month) for 960 credits or move to the custom Scale plan.

Compare this to Enrich's Growth Pack: 100,000 credits per month, shared across your entire team. A single rep could do 500 lookups per day for the entire month and still have credits remaining. Credits that are not used roll into your available balance. The gap in value is enormous.

The per-seat trap for growing teams

Lusha's per-seat pricing creates a painful scaling problem. Here is how costs grow as your team expands:

  • Monthly: 3 x $49 = $147/month
  • Annual: $1,764/year
  • Total credits: 3 x 480 = 1,440/month
  • Monthly: 5 x $49 = $245/month
  • Annual: $2,940/year
  • Total credits: 5 x 480 = 2,400/month
  • Monthly: 10 x $79 = $790/month
  • Annual: $9,480/year
  • Total credits: 10 x 960 = 9,600/month
  • Monthly: 20 x $79 = $1,580/month
  • Annual: $18,960/year
  • Total credits: 20 x 960 = 19,200/month

Now compare the 10-person Premium team ($9,480/year for 9,600 credits/month) with Enrich:

  • Enrich Growth Pack: $588/year for 100,000 credits/month
  • Savings: $8,892/year (94%)
  • Credits: 10.4x more

The per-seat model means you pay more but get proportionally fewer credits per dollar as the team grows. With Enrich, your cost stays flat at $49/month whether you have 1 user or 100. Every team member shares the same 100K credit pool.

Credits reset monthly on Lusha
Lusha credits reset at the end of each billing cycle. Unused credits are lost. If your team has uneven usage patterns (busy weeks and slow weeks), you will waste credits during slow periods and run out during busy ones. Enrich credits do not expire monthly.

Feature gaps that push you to higher tiers

Lusha gates several important features behind its higher-priced tiers:

CRM integrations (Premium and above). Salesforce and HubSpot integrations are not available on Free or Pro. If you need CRM sync, you must pay $79/user/month minimum. On Enrich, CRM integrations are available on all paid plans.

Bulk enrichment (Premium and above). Pro users can only reveal contacts one at a time through the Chrome extension or search. Bulk enrichment (uploading a CSV or running batch lookups) requires Premium ($79/user/month). Enrich supports batch processing on all plans.

API access (Scale only). If you want to build enrichment into your own workflows via API, you need the custom Scale plan, which means talking to sales and committing to custom pricing. Enrich provides full API access on all plans, including the $49/month Growth Pack.

Usage analytics (Premium and above). Detailed usage reporting and team analytics are gated behind Premium. On Pro, visibility into team credit consumption is limited.

Prospecting platform (Premium and above). Advanced search filters, saved searches, and list management features are limited on Pro. Full prospecting capabilities require Premium or Scale.

These feature gates mean that most teams who start on Pro quickly find themselves upgrading to Premium ($79/user/month) to access essential functionality. The effective starting price for a productive Lusha setup is $79/user/month, not $49.

When Lusha is worth it

Lusha works well in specific scenarios:

Individual reps who need a Chrome extension. Lusha's browser extension is polished and fast. If you are a single sales rep who needs to quickly grab emails and phone numbers while browsing LinkedIn or company websites, the Free plan (50 credits/month) or Pro plan ($49/month for 480 credits) is convenient.

EMEA-focused prospecting. Lusha has strong data coverage in Europe and Israel, making it a good option for teams targeting these regions. Data quality for European contacts is above average compared to US-centric competitors.

Small teams (1 to 3 users) doing low-volume prospecting. If your team is small and credit needs are modest (under 1,000 contacts per month), the per-seat model is manageable and the Chrome extension workflow is efficient.

Quick evaluations. The free tier (50 credits/month) lets you test Lusha's data quality without any commitment.

Lusha becomes poor value when your team grows past 3 to 5 people, you need API access, you require bulk enrichment, or your monthly credit needs exceed a few thousand contacts. At that point, Enrich provides dramatically better value.

For most growing teams, Enrich's Growth Pack ($49/mo for 100K credits) gives you 208x more credits than a single Lusha Pro seat for the same monthly price, with full API access, batch processing, and no per-seat fees.

Best Lusha alternative for growing teams
Enrich's Growth Pack ($49/mo) provides 100,000 credits vs Lusha Pro's 480 credits at the same price point. No per-seat fees, full API access, batch enrichment, and CRM integrations included. Start with 100 free credits.
